After working as a lawyer specialized in labor law for 20 years in different HR-positions I combined my legal knowledge with soft skills and Change Management to work in an interdisciplinary project with colleagues from IT and Real Estate Management.

In the last three years we moved 2400 employees in our headquarter into a new flexible working environment. This was a well orchestrated change process supporting the cultural change in our company: from a classical hierarchical organization to a flexible performance orientated culture based on trust. This being very successful we started already follow up projects in our subsidiaries.
