Bill has twenty-five years of experience as a maintenance and reliability professional. He has successfully implemented maintenance improvement programs in both small and medium sized manufacturing and production facilities. Bill’s experience includes maintenance leadership positions in the US Military, the nuclear industry, chemicals, paper converting, and plastic film manufacturing. He has provided training and reliability consulting services to process, mining, and defense industries worldwide. Bill has developed competency maps for Maintenance, and Reliability Engineering in the Petroleum Industry. Bill is an internationally recognized author with articles published in maintenance journals in England, Australia, and the USA. Bill has presented articles at several internationally attended conferences including the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Annual Conference, The International Maintenance Conference, The Maintenance and Reliability Technology Summit, The University of Tennessee Annual Maintenance and Reliability Conference, Reliability World, The RCM Manager’s Conference, The Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Conference, and The ASME Annual Conference. Bill holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. Bill holds certifications as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), and a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
