Ms. Carol Kigome is a customer experience professional and authority with experience spanning 13years in the service industry. A Global Management (MBA) holder, Carol begun her career in the banking industry where she found her footing in customer service before proceeding to the aviation industry – a fast paced environment that demands impeccable customer experience. For seven exciting years, she traversed the world, experienced different cultures and became an integral part of a team that continued to propel Emirates airline to greater echelons as far as customer centricity was concerned. Her travels took her to over 200 countries and over 790 global hotel establishments, providing her with exposure to cutting edge service. Currently, she works for Gulf African Bank where she is in charge of customer experience, a role that has seen her transform the bank’s service massively, increased customer loyalty and satisfaction which has had a big impact on the bank’s bottom-line. Carol is currently taking a professional course that will see her become a certified chartered marketer.
