Caroline is on a mission to help organisations build successful customer experience programs that always put customers first. Trained as an engineer, she has an interesting 14 year background in healthcare, financial services, product development, project management and system implementation which provides her customers with unique advantages. She helped build the first Software Quality Assurance company in the East Africa region thereby helping many businesses start to reduce production costs, reduce business risks and increase customer satisfaction. She’s actively engaged in mentoring programs where she aims to share her passion with young people especially in development of STEM programs – “the next best STEM workers need to come from Kenya. This will greatly improve our global competitiveness as a people and a nation”, she says. She’s currently working at Oracle as a Customer Experience Solution Consultant where she’s supporting businesses build customer experiences that lead to value.
