Clayton Gollnick is Senior Legal Counsel with Technip Stone & Webster Process Technology, Inc., the global process technologies business unit of Technip, a company focused on project management, engineering and construction for the energy industry. Clayton is responsible for drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements and technology licenses, and domestic and international engineering agreements, from front end through engineering, procurement and construction. He has been part of Technip since its acquisition of Shaw’s Energy & Chemicals Group in August 2012. At Shaw, Clayton was responsible for global transactional and litigation matters, with emphasis on Canadian, South American and Asian markets. He started his legal career approximately 20 years ago, in private practice, in Texas and New Hampshire, focusing on commercial litigation in Texas state courts and federal courts throughout the country.
