David Reid joined Kiwi.com as the Chief Customer Officer two years ago at a time when the company was experiencing rapid growth and the CX experience was being challenged via social media in a negative way. When joining, the CS team was circa 40 FTE across two sites, one being their main site in Brno (CZ) where David joined 7 other employees from their basement location, and another an outsourced partner. Two years later, the addition of the processing and claims departments across six global locations, David now leads a team of 1000+ FTE. Working along side his peers David has helped Kiwi.com to become one of the most talked about and fastest growing companies in the travel industry realm.
