Delphine is responsible for the design and delivery of the Learning & Development Strategy for the European, Middle Eastern, Asian and Australian offices. Delphine has over 25 years professional HR experience and is representative of HR professional alumni network from ESCP Europe business school she is graduated from. She is MBTI and Social Styles accredited. During her career she has worked across the full range of HR disciplines internationally and has facilitated workshops with executives from across the globe to enhance their leadership and performance. She has been running Learning & Development according to Corporate University principles to foster the implementation of business strategy for more than 10 years. Delphine has also worked in a number of industries such as the performing arts, public sector, financial services and professional services. Prior to joining DLA Piper Delphine spent 14 years as fee earner and in International HR roles in the global accounting and consulting firm EY. Delphine joined DLA Piper in May 2011.
