Dr Ramin Mohajer, Graduated in an Honors Bachelor “Microbiology with Biochemistry & Physiology” and Masters in “Food Science” both from the University of Reading (UK), PhD in Bus-Economics from the University of London, and an MBA from Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia). Worked internationally for Glaxo Group Research as well as the Royal Berkshire Hospital in the UK, Coles-Myer Group in Australia, and the Australian Federal Government in Canberra. Locally, for Muscat Municipality as well as the Sohar Development Office (Diwan of the Royal Court) as Training and Development Advisor, the Wave Muscat in the field of HR as well as Communications manager, and currently as the HR & Development Advisor to the CEO, at the Information Technology Authority ITA in the Sultanate of Oman. Dr Ramin has been involved recently representing the Sultanate in the Dubai Human Development Award (Mohammed bin Rashid Excellence Award). He is also currently a Fellow and Board Member of the Gulf Talent Advisory Board. He was a Board member of the Australian Office of Gender Equality, representing the State of Victoria, 2002-2005. He has also participated in numerous special studies and research at a national level in the field of gender equality and women’s integration into the workforce.
