Mr Fowzan Tabbakh is the Head of Customer Care center at Abdul Latif Jameel Co., having more than 20 years of experience in the Customer Care field, worked in different departments from Guest care center division as senior general manager in Abdul Latif Jameel, preparing strategic decisions for customer experience and implementing clear customer experience strategy definition, aligned with company’s guidelines and procedures, organized, segmented, risk evaluated, and executing in a way that contributes to business profits and the consistency provision of promised value. He has also worked as a general manger for the planning & CRM department where Management of department CRM & Guest Intelligence, which is responsible for (centralized) customer database shared with retailers, data management and quality, customer intelligence, market research, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer life cycle communications programs. Furthermore, as a senior manager of Technical Customer service & warranty, set the policies & procedures to ensure the proper implementation of the warranty job in all ALJ centers & dealers, as per TMC standards and as a manager for user support & help desk
