Eyad is leading Reliability Section at Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery (largest complex in the company). He holds an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals. Also, he holds MBA and executive diploma in human resources, in addition to his 14 years of valuable experience diversified in maintenance, reliability, asset performance management, and safety, management of change, process improvement, optimization, contracting administration, and organization structure. Over the past 14 years, he introduced several successful and effective reliability programs, maintenance philosophies, and work processes that are recognized as best practices. In addition, he issued numerous local and international papers related to the concept of reliability and maintenance. He introduced Reliability Accelerated Culture Enhancement (RACE) program which has been recognized at different level locally and internationally.
