Fahad Al-Abdulkarim is the Proctor & Gamble‘s HR Director for the Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan (AP&P) . He has an extensive background in HR Development, supported by >26 years of experience in various functions of HR including Talent Supply and Development , Performance Management , Rewards and Benefits, Diversity , Organization Effectiveness ( Various scale of Restructuring Business Units and Plants) . He is considered an expert in the four quadrants of true successful HR practitioners: Business Partner, Employee Champion, Change Agent, and Administrative expert. Fahad brings with him an outstanding list of achievements that include establishing and growing the P&G organization in the Gulf to become the largest in the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa area (CEEMEA). He has also led the successful integration of Wella and Gillette acquisitions into the AP&P Proctor &Gamble organization. P&G Saudi was first FMCG company to hire Saudi females as they currently represent 15% of the Saudi organization. P&G Saudi JV won The Kingdom Employer of the Year in 2010 for Saudi private sector. Fahad has a passion for growing and cultivating young local talents; today Saudi talents represent 62% of the Saudi Joint Venture Organization being one of highest in the Saudi private sector , these talents are taking up leadership positions inside and outside P&G, ranging from factory managers , heads of functions , managing directors of large regions and CEO‘s of local companies . In his current capacity, as the Arabian Peninsula & Pakistan HR Director, Fahad holds the responsibility for 9 offices and manufacturing sites in four countries, along with the overall HR leadership of the 8 countries that P&G AP&P is running businesses in.
