As a 32-year-old, Frank van Wessel belongs to generation Y. Since 2009 he has been employed by Delta Lloyd Group. He’s held several commercial and digital positions at ABN AMRO Insurance, BeFrank, OHRA and Delta Lloyd. In 2014 he became the Manager Online for the brands OHRA and Delta Lloyd and was responsible for the Online Sales, Service and Online Channel Development. Currently, he is the Digital Officer at Delta Lloyd. Responsible for: – Digital strategy, transformation and digital business – Channel Development (website, portals, applications and tooling – Customer Intelligence (analytics, business intelligence, customer data) – IT & Change (application, change-, portfolio management, architecture)
