Goldermier is currently Head of Consumer Care Safaricom Limited – one of the largest mobile telephony companies in Kenya. She supports Consumer and Enterprise Customers on the following Channels: Voice, Social Media, SMS, Email, Chat, First Line and Second Line Support. She holds a Bachelor of English (Hons) Degree from Banaras Hindu University, UP, India and a post graduate diploma in computer management. She is a Certified Professional in Customer Service Operations, a Quality Assurance Professional, holds a Global Customer Experience Professional Certification, a Prince II Practitioner and an ISO QMS Lead Auditor. She has also attended a number of leadership development courses and until recently attended the women in leadership program in Strathmore. Her role is centered on defining and implementing customer segment based experience initiatives within the contact center. These efforts will help drive attainment of Operational efficiencies including models that delivers an end to end differentiated experience per segment through the various customer touch points. Goldermier joined Safaricom as a Customer Care Representative (CCR) in September 2000 and has risen through the ranks working as a Team Leader, Quality Manager, Senior Manager-Customer Experience, Senior Manager- Call Center -M-PESA (Mobile money transfer), Senior Business Partner (Consumer Business and Marketing) and Senior Manager- Customer Operations before taking on her current role. She has been instrumental in the setting up of various Customer Experience and Operations support initiatives which have had a positive impact to Contact Center Net Promoter Score. Goldermier or Goldie as she is popularly known is married with three children- two boys and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about customers with a deep interest in fashion.
