Ibrahim Alamer has a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, and prior to that, he got his bachelor degree in Accounting from Qassim University. With more than 20 years of experience, Alamer has gained rich and diversified experience and held major HR leadership roles within local and multinational organizations namely; AEC-BOEING, Alsafi-DANONE, Almarai, NAS Aviation, Othaim Group, Saleco-STC and currently with Al-Habib Medical Group. With such impressive and diverse background, and along with proven leadership ability and supported with high level exposure to international methodologies/practices (MERCER & HAY), Alamer has led and successfully implemented many HR transformational projects and strategic initiatives, namely; total rewards management, organizational re-structuring, talent management programs, performance management systems, HRIS Systems, talent acquisition solutions, saudization programs, change management and many other initiatives that tend to improve organizational capabilities. With his distinguished career and leadership journey, Alamer has conducted countless couching, career counseling and advices to CEOs and senior executives, he also attended many advanced training programs and high level conferences and summits locally and internationally
