Iñaki is an internationally renowned expert in cultural transformation, new ways of working and the future of workplace ecosystems.
Before founding BICG, he worked at the Fraunhofer IAO Institute (Germany) as a senior researcher.
In 1999 he founded BICG, where he leads a truly multinational and multidisciplinary team of 100 experts located in Europe and Latin America. Over the past two decades he has led numerous research and strategic transformation projects for global corporations in more than 20 countries – helping organizations align culture, technology and workplace strategy to enable new organizational realities.
He has published numerous articles, given lectures and classes internationally and exhibited projects at the German Museum in Munich.
His current work focuses on Liquid Real EstateTM, an AI-driven BICG concept that reframes corporate real estate as an adaptive system aligned with evolving organizational needs. By combining data, technology and user demand, this approach enables more flexible, intelligent workplaces while also supporting key sustainability and ESG objectives through smarter use of space and resources.
