Jennifer is a Senior International HR Generalist with 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, global mobility, compensation, and HR management in multinational organizations. She has recently joined the Oil and Gas sector after having spent the majority of her career in Mining, where she has worked in both developed and emerging markets. Her passion is aligning the global mobility, talent management and acquisition programs of an organization to meet the global HR needs of the business. She has a strong background in leading HR strategy development, implementation and restructuring projects. Jennifer has a proven track record of creating and developing high functioning teams that have a client focused delivery method. Jennifer’s career has led her to live in a number of countries including Canada, England, Madagascar, South Africa, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and the GMS-T designation.
