As the Head of Marketing for Small Business Banking Jeroen is responsible for the continued development of ABN AMRO’s small business value propositions and service model with the goal of transforming a traditional relationship manager service model into a full service online small business service model. Prior to becoming Head of Marketing Jeroen has gained experience in both product management and business development roles being responsible for a.o. the development of contactless debitcard acquiring (Computable award 2014 with NS & MasterCard), debitcard refunds, and a complete merchant acquiring proposition. Jeroen holds a PhD in Economics and is a visiting lecturer at Maastricht University.
