Job Njiru joined KCB Group in June 2013 to start up and head the Customer Experience Department. Job’s experience spans from retail, telecoms and banking sectors in the region. He is an alumnus of the London Business School Advanced Management Program, holds a BSc in International Business from the United States International University and a Post Grad. Diploma in Business from the University of Liverpool. He currently oversees the Customer Experience Department which drives the customer experience agenda for KCB Bank. He is an active founder Director of the Institute of Customer Experience of Kenya. During his free time, Job engages in his passion, motorsport where he participates actively in the Kenya National Rally Championship. He is a two time National Navigator Champion and holds the successive title of the top indigenous rally driver and navigator. He also has a passion for family, travel and farming.
