Mr. Cornell is proud to have recently been described as a “Professional” in writing, by a branch of the US Government. He is the sole training provider for the FTV-RP 2007 Recommended Practice for the inspection of Fiberglass tanks. He is also the first provider of a long-standing LIVE, Instructor led internet based storage tank training course. With almost a 100% pass rate on the API 653 Exam, attendees of this training have provided very positive feedback about the quality of the training and the over-all experience. Mr. Cornell is recognized by the petro-chemical industry as an expert on bolted, above-ground storage tanks. He has been a requested speaker around-the-world on above-ground tanks for over 20 years now.Mr. Cornell is a Senior Associate Staff Member for PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration).
