Banking professional with a total of 6 years’ experience in Business Re-Engineering and 2 years in Learning & Talent Development.Jowan started her career with Emirates NBD and then transitioned to Tanfeeth where she was one of the initial members responsible for driving transformation initiatives and implementing lean tools and methodology across critical business units.During her time in L&D Tanfeeth, Jowan created the Tanfeeth induction program for new employees, trained over 600 Tanfeeth employees on lean methodologies & TOM elements, and launched the bright ideas campaign to ensure lean methodologies were applied and encouraged in the workplace. Jowan then re-joined Tanfeeth after two years with Barclays, where she was responsible for streamlining business unit processes and leading key transformation projects from inception to completion.Currently, she works and drives central learning & talent development projects, leadership and development programs (internal and external) and oversees diverse and critical key initiatives such as Tanfeeth’s learning platform- Tanfeeth University. Jowan holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brock University, Canada. She is also currently undergoing her SHRM certification.
