Julius Odemba is a Client Experience expert with immense experience in Service transformation and Contact Centre management. Julius has transformed service for some of the major brands in Kenya. Julius started his Contact Centre career in 2003, at Safaricom Limited, East Africa’s most profitable company where he held various leadership roles. He’s also worked for Co-operative bank, Kenya’s third largest bank as Head of Customer Service and Contact Centre. Julius is currently the Regional Head of Contact Centre for East Africa at Standard Chartered bank, covering the East Africa region.
