Ms. Laila S. Al Quraishi currently works as the Head of the follow-up customer service. Laila has more than a decade of extensive experience in airlines, as she started with Sama airline back in 2006 and established “Customer Service Unit”. Due to her successful achievements, she joined flynas in 2009 to establish and manage Customer and Quality Service department successfully. In June 2016 Laila’s experience and accomplishments history shifted her to look after KSA Franchisee Sales within flynas because of her excellent exposure to customers’ side feedback and solutions. Laila holds a Master degree in BA and a Bachelor degree in Administration Science.
