Lance Clarke was appointed as Business Services Manager of the Lower Churchill Project in March 2007 and Deputy Project Director in 2015. Mr. Clarke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and various certificates in his field, including construction commercial management, team-based communications, and successful megaprojects. Mr. Clarke brings 20 years of megaproject experience in the oil and gas and hydroelectric industries. Prior to joining the Lower Churchill Project team, Mr. Clarke worked with Petro-Canada for approximately10 years, where he was seconded to various organizations such as Exxon Mobil, Husky Energy and Chevron. Mr. Clarke has grown with the Canadian resource industry and has worked in various project management roles with the Hibernia, Terra Nova, White Rose, Hebron and Fort Hills projects. Over the last 2 years, Mr. Clarke led the turnaround performance of the Muskrat Falls $1.8 billion civil construction.
