Lindiwe Manyika brings more than 20 years wealth of experience in Transformation, Talent and HR in the private and public sector at Deloitte, Standard Bank, Shell Marketing and SanParks. She currently works in a full-time capacity as Director, heading Transformation and Employment Equity for the University of the Witwatersrand. In this capacity, she is responsible to drive the University’s Transformation Strategies and Implementation Plan. She has a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She has successfully completed studies in Advanced Management Programme (MAP) and Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from Wits Business School as well as an Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She is currently studying with UNISA for a postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development. She is an Accredited Mediator for addressing issue of conflict and disputes in the workplace and commercial. She was a Practitioner member of the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), the Black Management Forum (BMF) and a professional member of ABASA (the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountant in Southern Africa). Her interest varies from Transformation & Talent management, Diversity & Inclusion, Strategy development, Workshop and learning facilitation, Mentoring, Coaching, Public Speaking, and Dispute resolutions.
