Line Saxegaard is working as a GDP/GMP/Pharmacy Inspector at the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NoMA) and she has been with the Inspectorate since 2009. She is a pharmacist of education and has previous been working as a quality leader and QP in the pharmaceutical industry and she was a leader of a pharmacy for six years. In addition to performing GMP- and GDP-inspections she represents NoMA in European groups of experts whose aim are to fight pharmaceutical crime. The Committee of Experts on Minimising Public Health Risks Posed by Counterfeiting of Medical Products and Similar Crimes (CD-P-PH/CMED) organized by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) and the Heads of Medicines Agencies Working Group of Enforcement Officers (HMA WGEO). Line has also contributed to the PIC/S GDP Working Group Expert Circles held in Poland 2014 and in South Africa 2016.
