Over 28 years of experience in Turnaround Management. After his study mechanical engineering and business administration he was involved in turnaround management as a contractor, a consultant and interim manager and as turnaround manager in a Life Science company. From these different viewpoints he has developed insights on the contracting strategies in turnaround events in environments with huge contribution margins per day of production loss. The right contracting strategy has decisive influence on the total costs of ownership and other results of the turnaround event.
