He has managed at board level through business start-ups, turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, joint-venture creation, downsizing and restructuring on a pan-European basis. Till 2007, Luk served as Senior Vice President and CHRO Europe for Nielsen, the world biggest marketing research and data company. With his result and people oriented focus, he has made substantial difference everywhere and established deep shifts in perspectives and strategies. In 2008, Luk started as a Human Capital entrepreneur and established a cutting-edge HR Analytics consultancy, together with academic partner Dr. Jeroen Delmotte. Luk is passionate about researching the business impact of people investments. Workforce Analytics/Human Capital Intelligence is all he does and he is widely recognized as one of the few European top HR analytics experts. Luk has graduated in social science and accomplished post-graduate studies in General Management (Ashridge Business School, London, 2005) and Clinical Organizational Psychology (Insead, Paris, 2008). He is revered as a leading thinker, educator, influencer and is a well-known content contributor, blogger, columnist and author of many articles.
