All her passion and expertise go into global brand development: strategy, positioning, communication platform, identity, customer experience. She has worked on master Nestlé brands such as Maggi, Buitoni or Nestlé breakfast cereals. At Zurich, her main role is to ensure we are developing our Zurich brand globally in an centralised, efficient and strategic way, supporting our business growth. The roll out and execution of our global communication platform is a key focus area. We’ve been using transmedia approaches since the beginning, which made our platform a global success story.
