Dr. Martijn F. Rademakers is a corporate university expert with a focus on how strategy drives organizational learning, and organizational learning drives strategy. Since 2001, his research in this field has resulted in a series of articles, Harvard-style cases and books, including Corporate Universities: Drivers of the Learning Organization, published by Routledge in 2014. Martijn is Managing Director of the research, training and consultancy company Center for Strategy & Leadership, and visiting professor at various business schools and universities in Europe and Asia. He is also founding board member of the Dutch Foundation for Corporate Universities, based in the Netherlands. Martijn holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, an MA in Policy and Organization Sciences from Tilburg University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Hague Polytechnic in the Netherlands.
