I’ve started working in the preventative maintenance environment, especially in the vibration monitoring on the rotating machines. I created and managed the turnaround planning of the production units (using Artemis software) for a total of about 110.000 MHS, following the daily follow up in term of work, costs and extra work I’ve been responsible for CMMS project in Raffineria di Roma, using SAP R3 PM,MM,FI,CO,PS,IM modules. Leading a 9 people team I’ve coordinated the activities and made the follow-up of all the steps, representing the unique interface with TOTAL Paris Headquarters. I’ve been T/A area responsible, with the management of the scope of work, planning, scheduling, budget and cost control. As maintenance method responsible for rotating and static equipment, I’ve managed the equipment availability (MTBF, TTR, MTTR, availability), I managed maintenance service contractors (global service, win-win, forfait with targets), maintenance budget analysis (routine and turnaround), problem solving, trouble-shooting and root cause analysis in specific cases (RCA and FMCA). Now I work as a Supply specialist with the management of supply contracts with the other petroleum companies.
