Mr. Mazin Mahmood Ahmed Al Raisi has 16 years of experience within the Banking and Telecom industries. Having obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, U.S.A., he went on to obtain his master’s degree from Strathclyde University, Scotland, as well as recently having attended specialized marketing courses in London Business School and other intensive courses within the same field. Having left the Telecom industry as the Acting Director – Marketing & Product Development Division at OmanTel, Mr. Mazin joined Bank Sohar in year 2007 to set up the entire Marketing Divisions as Assistant General Manager. Having been assigned to establish the Customer Experience Department recently, Mr. Mazin currently holds the Sr. Assistant General Manager of Marketing & Customer Experience role at the Bank.
