Mohammed Ahmed Al-Riyami is currently Head of Career Planning at Omantel. He received his BSc in Management from Sultan Qaboos University. He started his career in Ministry of Justice in Court Staff Affairs. Mohammed then decided it’s time to move to the private sector, where he started as HR assistant Manager at Al-Maha Petroleum. After more than 3 years, he joined Price Waterhouse Coopers (pwc) as HR Manager where he was also had regional assignments for pwc offices. Mohammed has total of 13 years’ experience in Human Resources mainly in career development, Performance management and employee engagement.
