Analogue by birth, digital by design, Nick has one of the more challenging roles – to make insurance appealing to SMEs in the digital era. Now entering his 20th year with AXA, Nick has spent his whole career in the general insurance industry splitting this time between claims management and strategy roles. Most recently he devised a growth strategy for AXA’s UK business with a focus on reinventing the SME proposition. This led to Nick accepting a new position in June 2015 to create and deploy a new strategy to develop SME business globally for AXA, based in Paris. Nick is married to Kathryn with their two young children and is an avid supporter of Middlesbrough football club.
