Norman worked at Accenture and, since consulting is about changing behaviors, developed an interest in this area. Then he spent most of his career in helping clients make better decisions based on consumer and voter behavior — and that led to further interest in the science behind habits and shifted from consumer behavior to workplace behavior. He is a management graduate from London business school and he has been proffessor for market research and industry carreers, consumer insights and consumer behaviour at the IE University. His corporate experience expands from the 90’s where he has worked with world renowned organisations such as American Express, Accenture, Ipsos and TNS (Part of Kantar/ WPP) and he currently is the advisor for Roamler.
