Patrick Levie graduated cum laude from Delft University of Technology in 2012, after which he began his career as an architect at Fokkema & Partners Architecten. Having worked on a variety of projects, including the Unilever Brand Hub, the renovation of the iconic Amsterdam Havengebouw and the Shimano headquarters, he was appointed Associate Partner in 2018. He would describe himself as someone who is not easily puzzled, and loves to bring structure to complexity in every aspect of his life. In his strategic role, he focuses on complex design challenges, emphasising integrated solutions and bringing together diverse stakeholder and user interests.

He served as the project architect for the interior of the Unilever Global Foods Innovation Centre. This “innovation powerhouse,” which revolves around knowledge sharing and collaboration, is entirely circularly designed and received two BREEAM Awards in 2019. He is currently project lead, for the 80.000 m2, 100% circular and zero-waste interior for the ABN AMRO bank in Amsterdam.
