Paul Soper is an acknowledged leader with 18+ years of experience with proven abilities in a management role to lead and influence a team to meet organization objectives. Paul has developed IT Project Planning Methodology to enable IT Projects to be scoped and managed to established budget targets and resource capacity maximization . Paul has specific expertise in building and strengthening IT PMO capabilities, project/program management and process improvement by developing and implementing standard processes, tools, and methods used to formulate information technology plans. In his current role as an IT PMO Director at LabCorp he is responsible for Methodology, Resource Planning and project Financials. In the last year, he has Implemented Clarity CAPPM methodology changes to improve timesheet compliance in support of labor capitalization and resource capacity planning. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, Boating, Fishing and coaching his son’s youth hockey team.
