In 2003, Pedro joined Yara, the Norwegian company which has become the global leader in crop nutrition. After holding senior commercial positions, as commercial director for Argentina, Chile & Uruguay, and Country Manager for Mexico & Central America, in Sept 2015 Pedro moved to Brussels to take over the role of Head of Marketing for Yara in Europe. In addition to the branding, communication, and digital marketing strategy, Marketing in Yara is very much related to Customer Experience and Farmer Engaging, with the ambition to create value for customers and end users, and generate end-user pull for Yara solutions.

Prior to working for Yara, Pedro worked for, a startup for agriculture which is a website specialized in agriculture, which evolved into a e-marketplace for farmers and agricultural suppliers. She has had expat assignments in Switzerland, Germany, and The Netherlands. Pedro has an MBA and a degree in Agronomy.
