A passionate advocate of customer-centered design, Peter has built design-led teams to drive customer-centricity, innovation and business transformation programs for several leading financial institutions in London, Continental Europe and the Middle East. His experience covers the full range of financial services sectors and he has delivered market-leading propositions for leading financial institutions such as Fidelity Investments, AXA and Lloyds Wealth Management. Currently at Riyad Bank as Chief Customer Experience Officer, Peter is leading a business transformation programme to drive customer-centricity and innovation across the retail bank. As part of this work, Peter has implemented a state-of-the-art Customer Experience & Innovation Laboratory – the first bank in the region to do so.
