His experience covers a range of geographical regions including South East Asia, Australia, Pacific, Middle East, Continental Europe the UK and Ireland. He is currently the SVP HR for AECOM for the Middle Est and India and also leads HR Solutions for AECOM across EMIA. Peter’s background is primarily in senior human resource leadership roles. He has a proven capacity in aligning human resources strategies with business strategies and creating value. He has had significant experience in business transformation, change management, cultural change, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, business strategy and performance optimization. His ethos and philosophy is framed around the need to ensure that all activities must have a demonstrable positive bottom line impact.
