Preston Howard is a member of Fluor’s Project Management organization and is currently the Module Manager for multiple Fluor proposals. He has 10 years of experience in the international EPC industry working in the areas of engineering, business development and project management. Preston joined Fluor in 2007 as a Pipe Stress Engineer providing detailed engineering and field support services for the Marathon Garyville Major Expansion Project and BP Whiting Refinery Modernization Project. After two years supporting business development, Preston moved to Project Management. Preston’s Project Management experience covers the full project life cycle, from proposal development through facility turnover, and includes domestic and international projects, international joint venture led projects, stick built and modularized projects, and direct hire construction projects. Preston is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife live in Pearland, TX with their four children.
