Ramakrishna Movva (Ramki) heads the strategic HR function within Emirates NBD Group. He provides advisory and facilitation support to the businesses on human capital policies, strategies and programs that can enable business strategy execution. He leads the teams in HR Centers of Expertise covering Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance and Reward and Organization Development. Ramki has over 30 years of HR and OD experience in South Asia and Middle East. He conceived, developed and successfully executed several human capital initiatives such as job family framework, enterprise performance management, high potential talent and future leaders program for developing leadership bench strength and change management in a M&A scenario. The decade long HR transformation that Ramki led in Emirates Bank was captured as a business case by INSEAD Business School. Ramki is a HR graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India. Subsequently, he obtained a post graduate diploma in Occupational Psychology from University of Surrey, UK and a Doctoral degree with concentration in Learning and Change in Human Systems from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, USA. He is also an International Coach Federation certified leadership/life coach. He regularly participates in the regional HR conferences as a speaker and a panelist. Outside work, Ramki enjoys playing golf and basketball. He loves spending quality time with family and working in his garden.
