Before joining Norsk Hydro, he spent years at General Motors and Alcoa. He held various leadership positions, including VP HSE Europe and Director HSE North America. Currently, from 2018 he serves as the Head of Safety and HSE Systems at the Norway based Aluminium manufacturing company.
