Rosalinda Perez studied Millwright in oil and petrochemical, and Bachelor of Management at the University of Zulia, a Master of Science in Management of Quality and Productivity at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda, Venezuela. She completed studies and is Founder, Coordinator, Facilitator and Participant in the Master´s Program for Management Shutdown with the University Venezuelan Hydrocarbons (UVH-PDVSA) and the Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda, Venezuela (unique in the world). She is Co-author of the portfolio of courses that support Plant Process Shutdowns, she is leader of the implementation of Process Management Methodology Plant-MG3P Shutdown PDVSA and she is the creator of the Implementation of Management Model. Leader Advisory Subcommittee Plant Stops PDVSA CRP, has 35 years of experience in the areas of execution of routine maintenance and plant shutdowns, preparation and management of investment budgets and expenses, SAP-PM, materials management, quality, procurement, auditing, finance, economics and marketing, logistics, SAP-PM, process improvement, management models and commissioning. He has worked at PDVSA Refining Division for 28 years.
