Prior to OCBC he was the Head of E-Business in Citibank Malaysia where he pioneered several new revenue models via digital and launched Citi Mobile as a 1st in industry mobile banking app. In OCBC, he formed new customer acquisition channels leveraging Internet search, mobile and social media platforms. These contribute significantly to the total customer growth of the bank. He has raised mindshare and affinity for the OCBC brand socially by growing the OCBC Malaysia Facebook community and transforming the OCBC website with a best in class experience.
