In September 2014, Russell was appointed Customer & Digital Director, responsible for coordinating the consumer and digital strategies within the organization, and working closely with the different functions across the business to create compelling consumer and digital propositions for our current and future customers. Russell has worked in the industry for over 20 years, initially joining Standard Life in the 1980s before moving on to work for an IFA. Russell joined Prudential in 1992 as an Account Manager within the Corporate Pensions division and held a number of roles in sales and sales management before moving on to hold management roles in Distribution Strategy and Product Development. In 2007 Russell Warwick was appointed as Intermediated Distribution Change Director for Prudential UK, responsible for Prudential’s strategy in the IFA market place. As well as his work within Prudential he has been heavily involved in a number of industry wide forums and developments over the past decade. Russell is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
