Sadek is committed to transforming the culture of Aramex as a modern and progressive employer. Sadek has over 25 years of experience in leading organizational transformations. Prior to joining Aramex, he held a number of senior roles managing HR consultants and functions at Zeder Group and Carrefour MENA. He has extensive knowledge in assisting various clients across different industries deliver faster end-to-end solutions in the areas of skills, careers, succession, performance management, attraction and retention. Sadek is passionate about sharing best practices and engages stakeholders with inspiring leadership to optimize organizational effectiveness to exceed commercial expectations. Sadek has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Columbus University 2003, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut 1991, and a Certificate in HR Management (with Distinction) from the London College of Management 2001.
