Saif Mohd Saeed serves as the Head of Customer service Department at Dubai Insurance Company. In this role with his team he successfully helped in launching the customer care division back in 2010 and continues to ensure that a superior experience is delivered at every point in Dubai Insurance Company with its customers. In 2013, Saif was assigned as a project Manager implementing an In house designed and customized CRM system that managed to take DIC call center efficiency and quality to a higher Level. Saif is also responsible and in charge of Internal training and Staff couching in Dubai Insurance and Conducting quarterly training for the Dubai Insurance staff in different fields such as Customer Service, CRM, Insurance Products and interpersonal skills. Before joining Dubai Insurance Company, Saif served as the IT manager for Jordan Business Development Center a USAID NGO – Jordan, where he managed to build his Experience in IT Field in ERP and CRM Solutions. Prior to BDC, Saif was at Extensya – Fly Dubai Call Center in Jordan as team leader where he implemented his academic knowledge and his skills in customer service to enhance the functionality and performance of his team. Saif has 8 years of leadership experience with well-known companies in the region He holds a bachelor degree in Software Engineering from University of Petra – Jordan.
