Sally Pfund is Counsel in the Exxon Mobil Corporation Law Department. She supports ExxonMobil’s downstream major capital projects, as well as a variety of procurement activities, including contracting for major equipment purchase and service needs, engineering services, and credit card and loyalty program activities. Sally has over 30 years of experience in private and government contracting legal matters, including contract formation, administration, and claims and disputes. In addition to contract law, Sally has substantial experience in general administrative law and governmental affairs at the federal, state and local level. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Sally practiced private and government contract law as a partner in Pfund & Bush, a small Washington DC law firm. Her experience also includes serving as Procurement Counsel and Chief of Civil Litigation in the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; practicing in the areas of government contracts, administrative law, and general law with the Washington DC firm of Williams & Jensen, PC; and assisting the Veterans Administration Board of Contract Appeals with disposition of contract appeals. Sally received a BA in Political Science from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, and received her JD from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She lives with her family in The Woodlands, Texas.
