Ms Sarah Muriuki is focused on driving the customer strategy for the Retail and Business Banking function at Barclays. She is responsible for the definition of target customer segments, development of customer value propositions, customer experience strategies and customer retention actions to serve these chosen segments. Sarah has over 12 years experience in the Kenyan banking industry with prior experience in Change Management, Channel Management and Product Development and Management. She holds an Executive MBA from the Strathmore Business School in Nairobi, and a BCom degree in IT and E-Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. Sarah is a firm believer that reinventing customer experience is critical for any business to succeed in today’s world.
