Over 18 years of experience in formulating and implementing large-scale Customer Experience Management, Strategy development, Business Excellence and Change Management initiatives across Banking, Telecom and Real Estate Industries. At Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Stephen is responsible for enhancing service proposition for the member companies through Business Process Reengineering, driving adaptation of new to business solutions and embedding service oriented culture in DMCC. Prior to Joining DMCC, Stephen worked with leading bank in UAE and a Large Telecom service provider in India. Stephen has handled large transformation projects across different management areas. He has lead implementation of large CRM system implementation, was involved in business setup in Andaman Nicobar islands, set up national level service delivery metrics, and instrumental in process standardisation across India for a large Telecom organisation. Stephen managed a complete business transformation project for one of the leading real estate organisation in Abu Dhabi. From strategy design to end to end execution. For a leading bank in Abu Dhabi Stephen has setup Customer experience model, was involved in selection and implementation of key system solutions and lead large business transformation projects.
